Experiment with different ways to impart more revolutions on the ball, I found I wasn't getting as much but change to approaching the wicket with my normal grip but palm facing upwards rather than down (which is what i was doing) it allowed an extra 180 degrees in my wrist every ball.
I was suffering something very similar, it got to a point where I couldn;t sleeep at night, and a few visits to a chiropractor helped me infinitely, I recommend them highly
