I think it'll just be 1 up and 1 down. With only 8 in the grades it makes sense but would it be such a bad thing for a change of 25% to occur in Dunstan every year and 50% in the grades below (if it were 2 up and 2 down)?

I just had a quick look at the ladder. With 3 rounds left it is still possible for every single side to be relegated. Madness. Is Morris the most important player to a side in the comp?

I don't see the point in going to an 8 team comp when the working papers from Cricket Victoria indicated they want grades with 10 teams. The other thing I am not keen on is 50% of a grade playing finals. That doesn't seem right to me. In theory with an 8 team comp you could miss the finals by 1...

I heard that Deepdene are getting massive numbers to their preseason training. No word of disharmony though. I would hope that the new sides perform pretty well, always hate to see any side obviously outmatched for a whole year. Months Albert struggled for much of last season before grabbing...
