They were well and truly outplayed on GF day yes, not sure that they are a "fair way from it" I was witness to what they did to my club (Brunswick) and if they retain the group they have they will once again be competitive like they have the past 5 seasons.

Agree on all except NS 1'S- The difference between Caulfield's best players and worst players is too big, PV a lot more even across the board. Don't discount the A's, lots of good slow bowling options!

Kew will most certainly improve with Balwyn, still think that their "Middle to lower tier" players still need to improve to compete with the likes of Noble and PV who will again be strong. Will be interesting to see how your mob go without Johnstone Ben, doesn't seem to be any stand out team in...
Might take the Kew guys a while to "gel" as a team, always looks good on paper getting quality players but getting them to work as one has always been a problem at Kew, lots of big ego's in one room can cause large amounts of unrest. Wide open in the N/E though, Noble Park and PV still the teams...
Correct, Allen, Damiano and Mitchell are clearly the benchmark keeper bats in the comp, all of whom no doubt get various offers to play elsewhere for big $$
