Re: CMCA- Ommies to remain in top grade
UM, to the best of my understanding the ordinary conditions now apply for all grades as I dont think any game has completed a full 65 (or 72) overs to date. Therefore I would've asumed that if the higher placed team is batting they have no obligation...
Re: CMCA- Ommies to remain in top grade
The C-grade grand final should be an interesting one, both Uniting and Washington have quite a few Longy standard players and both have easily accounted for Chelsea Heights in the finals who bowed out in straight sets. The Washington ball vs. Uniting bat...
Re: CMCA- Ommies to remain in top grade
ANA easily chased 120 odd over Washington Park in the final. Uniting dropped 8 catches against WP in the first game.
Re: VMCU Under 21s Carnival
Dandenong District and City of Moorabbin in the grand final of Tier 1 in a rematch of round 2.
Ringwood & District vs. Williamstown District in the granny in Tier 2.

1 North Metro
2 City of Moorabbin
3 Heidelberg District
4 Dandenong District
From the games I've seen CMCA and DDCA have strong squads and will be hard to beat on their day. The game between...
Re: Advice Against a Left Hander

Re: taking guard
I tend to take middle stump and then place my toes on that line in line with the bowler. For bowlers that move the ball and bowl fairly full I like to bat out of my crease to cut down the angles and reduce the chance of LBW, whilst for the quicker guys that bowl fairly short...
Re: CMCA- Ommies to remain in top grade
The under 21s coped without Backers. DDCA made 7/176 off their 45 overs which the CMCA chased down with 4 wickets in hand and about 7 overs left.
