Gca 2015/16

Div2 news I know of is:
Newcomb look to have had the best of the recruiting with the addition of Luke Slater, Eugine Stanciu, Brayden Szponar to the list all former div1 players as well as the well travelled Michael Cox.

Thomson are coachless at this stage having parted ways with Grant Dew, whispers that Anderton has retired.
They will be hoping for another good overseas player and that Kettle plays on.
Menzies will be the key and possibly the new leader.

Anyone else have any news on div2?

Any news on upcoming season in the Geelong cricket association post here.
while its been a lean few years for the Vikings in Div2 recruiting for the up coming season looks like the club might be on the rise. Tom Stewart will be a handy addition. The fullback from South Barwon footy club hasn't played for a season or two but should take the new ball for the Vikings first eleven.

News out of Thomson is the losses of Anderton (St Albans) Hicks (Bendigo) Mc Coy (Returned home) Menzies (Leopold) which will put massive holes in their side.

How will Bell Park go up in div2 this year? they are coming off a 9th place finish in the 1sts in Div3 so their promotion is a bit surprising.

Marshall have got Shane Skene at the helm to add to their young guns, big job aiming at back to back but have to be every chance.

Highton are a bit of an unknown. if they can have Buchanan for the year they will be right up the top.

Thomson as mentioned have lost a few and back flipped on Grant Dew and appointed him coach when no one else could be attracted.

St Albans look to be quiet, Anderton moving from Thomson but that's about it as far as I've heard.

Torquay have picked up an international player from the Caribbean.

St Peter's losing Rhys Burke will hurt their premiership aspirations.

Waurn Ponds look like having another long year appointing Travis Salisbury as coach and losing Skene.

AT can only go on previous post may have a few new players to help their kids along, definitely won't finish bottom.

Newcomb have been the main recruiting team and are talking up their chances from inside.

Modewarre I've heard nothing out of and Manifold are in the same same boat. Both could have picked up but can't confirm.
