Re: Bowl first ball as a slower ball? That's another way to mix it up, if you can get it working both ways, the batsman is never sure of which one is coming next. You could bowl your stock standard out swinger for 3 balls, bowl a slow surprise ball and back it up with 2 inswingers... nothing...
