Recently , my fielding has been very bad!
Whenever a catch comes to me , I dont try to catch it. I have this feeling of pain which stops me from trying to catch the ball!
Also my confidence is very low while I'm fielding. What can I do to boost my confidence while fielding?
From tommorow onwards , I am going to do some bridges , situps , pushups!
Any warm up exercises i can do before doing brdges , pushups etc
and What is the best time of the day to do these exercises?

I play in my school team ! We use a taped tennis ball to play!
I needed any kind of batting , bowling and fielding tips!
Also , i needed to know , can we swing the tape ball?
