    University Games 20/20

Two ways of looking at it. One, rules are rules and you're just unlucky. Two, yes, you're being discriminated against when in reality there is little to actually stop you playing. However, matters are rarely as simple as this and there is bound to be more going on behind the scenes. If you...

What Did Everyuone Think Of This World Cup?

The problem being that television companies want to be able to show the maximum number of games for the maximum amount of time.

    Batting Tees For Front-foot Drives

Either would be fine to use. It is not so much about the height of the ball more about giving the player a chance to practice the movement of the feet, bat etc without a moving ball.

Having just seen the full extent of the advertising on here, have to say it is embarrassing. Far too much and far too intrusive. Bit ashamed to have put my name to this place.

Where Would You Like The Next World Cup To Be Held?

I think the moon would be a good location. Or maybe Qatar.

For those on Firefox use Adblock and you'll remove the ads. Liz - I get where you're coming from. The problem is the ad servers use keywords in your posts plus the location of your IP address to serve ads. Hence, clinics round the corner.

    Batting Gloves

I've used Gray Nicholls for a long time and they've always been more than adequate. One duff bat out of about 15. Gloves and pads have always been fine.

Tips For A 13 Year Old All-rounder Playing With Tape Ball!

Fielding drills with one person generally means you'll need a wall or something to rebound the ball off. A small, rubber ball with good 'bounce' will help hone reflexes. Tennis balls will be handy for ground work. You can also work on target by having a stump/stick/pole and just throw at it...

    Batting Gloves

This place is located in the US and have large mens in stock on certain gloves - http://www.cricketequipmentusa.com/products/ignite-assassin-batting-glove-by-gray-nicolls-145.aspx. Choice is limited but it may do the trick. They're located in Duluth, GA so might be easier than dealing with...

    Batting Gloves

Generally sizes they are what they are. If you're under 10 go for boys. Between 11 and 14 then Youths should be fine. Beyond that you're into a mens size. If you have really small hands you might get away with a small mens but not sure which companies still do them (pretty much replaced by...

Finding The Outside Edge Too Often

Probably not getting eyes in line with ball and pushing away from the body. Check your footwork plus try to get to closer to pitch of ball. Don't push at it either.

    New Net Videos

Genrally pretty good but you seem to overbalance a little when driving. You're also playing away from you're body a little. Try to get the front foot closer to the ball, this should help you remain balanced as you won't have to stretch so much to reach balls on/outside of the off stump.

Does The 2011 World Cup Need India In The Final To Be A Success?

Was just wondering on what people thought - does the current world cup need a strong Indian showing in order to be considered a success? I guess the dream final would be Pakistan and India. The nightmare would obviously one or both go out in the early stages. Can the world cup do well without...

    English County To Go Bust?

It may be more than the number listed, truth is figures have not been released yet. Some have been the architect of their troubles by taking on ambitious building plans or chasing test matches, others have been hit the economy or by not staging international games. A time will come when the...
