Hi there again,
The season has just finished here in Australia and while I had my best year with the ball, I am already motivated to get a good coach to allow me to take my bowling to the next level.
I want a reasonably high level coach, I'm looking to play District cricket here in Australia...
Hi fellow wrist spinners,
Basically what is holding me back in taking the next step is my ability to land the ball in the right area on a consistent basis. My downfall is pitching the odd one short, and on a bad day too many short. To try and keep the ball fuller, would it be useful to try...
Bowled well but we need to stop piling pressure onto our young leggies. Muirhead did the same thing in T20s last year, and now he's back getting spanked in grade cricket.
Don't really know. Think I need to film myself and see if I can identify some technical issues. At this stage I would put it down to being tense/nervous, because once I settle into a rhythm then the nerves go away and I start bowling well.
Thanks for the responses.
I guess what I mean by 'short ball' is 'guaranteed boundary ball'. Balls that almost pitch in my half, and the batsman can choose anywhere he wants to hit it. I meant that on occasions during spells I have consecutive overs where I don't bowl these balls. I do bowl...

Any of you guys got solutions for the big toe smashing up against the shoe during your delivery? I'm currently having some real grief with it. I've tried intense strapping, two pairs of socks, thin pairs of socks, lots of cotton balls around my toe - all to no avail, the pain is quite bad...
I struggle to give the ball more flight without slowing down my arm action.
How do I go about giving the ball a touch more air without slowing down my arm, to make sure I maintain revolutions, drift and dip?
