I agree. Ocka may not play every game and Rowdy is doubtful with his injuries. They rely heavily on those two. Glenn Butterworth is a big addition for sure, but unless the three of them play every game (doubtful) I can't see Banyule being a real threat this season.

Fair enough, but whatever the grades are like when they start, it will soon change. Banyule's chances of going up in the near future might be limited but someone will come down from BS. Also, who knows what the gradings will be like in the lower grades. It isn't just about the clubs First XI...

Yes, these clubs are fairly close for Banyule but the further away clubs (Hurstbridge, DC, Epping, Mill Park, Whittlesea, Mernda, Research, St Francs, etc) are no closer, and prob further away, than most of the NMCA clubs. There are heaps of NMCA clubs within 10-15 mins of Banyule. If...

Two clubs from now-defunct HDCA will be in ECA next season. East Ivanhoe and Edinburgh.

Don't think Viewbank are fence-sitting. From what I hear they're pretty keen in the Jika option, as are the rest except perhaps for the Burra boys.
