Well, I was going to have a match today, but even though it was like 43C yesterday, it was raining this morning. It is raining again now and thundering as I am writing this. Make up your mind Adelaide weather!

Possibly, but still, my yard is shorter than the length of a real pitch, which I am starting to suspect is why I tend to bowl a little short at times during a match.

I do have a pretty big backyard which I practise a lot in but it's not quite as long as a real pitch and the concrete area I bowl on with tennis balls is quite narrow. Also the Australian weather isn't exactly friendly. One day it's cold, wet, and stormy, the next it is 40C degrees stinking hot...
