The subbies digging their heels in is no surprise, but to a lot of subbies clubs the CV changes will be a godsend. Cricket at subbies level and lower is really struggling so the changes are inevitable.

Well I played my first game in the VTCA today, we went pretty ordinary first up but live to fight another day. I must say, not having umpires for the first time ever is pretty crappy, something needs to be done about that but overall the game was played in good spirits

My guess would be its because they only have 2 teams & they want to keep their connection to the churches comp. They have had an association with the churches for a hundred years, im sure Congs do the same with the 3rds
