A couple of useful bowling Videos (swing, offspin and legspin)

I was cleaning out my bookmarks when I came across these old videos. Outlines each bowling style (grips, deliveries and training drills). The page is fairly complicated, but if you can figure it out there are some very handy tips.

These were obviously filmed a couple of years ago and is more aimed at Queensland youths, but I definately found them useful.

These look really good - I'll have a proper look this evening. It's a bit chaotic when you click the link though, because all the videos start playing at the same time :laugh:
