Bowling speed formula

I've spent the last 20 minutes or so looking for that bowling speed formula on google where you use a stopwatch and divide the time taken from leaving bowlers hand to the other crease and dividing it by something. I just can't remember the whole formula and would quite like to try it to see how accurate i can be with the stopwatch doing it with my mate bowling and vice versa. Any help appreciated.

haha sorry, i debated looking through pages of some of the topics on here but...it may have taken a little while and i probably wouldn't have looked in the leg spin topic! Cheers.
