Custom Bats - what would you have?

Lets say you have a decent budget and are able to get a bat made to your specific requirements, what would you go for?

Personally I'd have something like:

Weight - 2lb 11 (with a very good pick up)
Grain - Straight, 10 grain, evenly spaced. Slightly darker wood to outside edge
Handle - Oval
Blade - Slight bow, medium to thick edges and middle to middle low sweet spot
Grip - 1 (maybe 2)

Feel free to add in any other criteria etc.

Re: Custom Bats - what would you have?

Personally i would go for:-

Weight:2lbs 7-8
Grain:Straight but not to fussed about the specific amount, as long as it isn't blemished at all
Handle:Circle
Blade:Slight bow, middle sweet spot and medium edges
Grip:Not to fussed but probably 2

Re: Custom Bats - what would you have?

Weight - 2lb 10-12 (good pick up... weight evenly distributed)
Grain - Straight, 8-10 grain (not greatly fussed.. but if i had my choice)
Handle - normal round handle
Blade - light bow, thickish edges (30-40mm) slightly lowered sweet spot
Grip - 1 and 1/2

depending on weight with thick edges possibly core weight reduction.........or carbon handle (as on fusion)

dream bat ofcourse :D

Re: Custom Bats - what would you have?

aussie boy that is a gud bat m8

i wud go 4 somethin similar

weight - 2lbs 10-12 (evenly weighted nd nice pick up)
Grain - straight, dnt really care how many, but wud have the wood slightly darker to one of the edges as A_A said
Handle - round handle (cant stand oval handles)
Blade - slight bow, thickish edges (about 35mm) with a middle sweet spot
Grip - 2 fairly thickish grips (wud like 2 have the pink grip on the outside again too)

nd like Aussie boy depending on the weight prob. a carbon handle

I'd go for

Weight - 2lbs 11-13 (Weight evenly distributed)
Grain - Straight, maybe 7-9 with no blemishes
Handle - Round Handle
Blade - Medium bow, thick edges (37-40mm) with a middle-low sweet spot
Grip - 1 normal sized octupus grip (pink would be the colour)
