Front Foot

When playing forward, how is the front foot meant to land? given that the toe points to the ball, trans fer the weight etc...the options are -
1 heel then toe
2 flat footed
3 toe

The heel then toe.If you toe lands first then your dosent transfer.Even flat footed,weight is less tranfered.First heel should land.And then your bat comes along weight transfer.

I don't think it really matters, the important thing is that the toe is pointing directly at the contact point/line of the ball and in good time to set up a well balanced base for when the ball arrives.
