Good_Shot_4_Runs Season Diary
OK seasons actually 5 weeks in but we wont talk about the first 2 games
scored 22 on the weekend opening up, batted for 28 overs on a dead pitch ( not turf a very old synthetic pitch, no life at all)
may look at the overs faced compared to my score and think i was just blocking, usually my natural game is attacking but had to be reined in due to losing 3 for 1 in the space of 2 overs
felt really good, became alot easier after drinks before i was caught off a ball he clearly dropped, cant stand when people claim them and the umpires dont consult eachother, or even ask the fielder
awell look forward to next saturday , 80 overs in the field defending 150 will be tough but hopefully we can get up
