Not sure who else checks out the Harrowdrive site (run by David) but he produces some great drills on a regular basis.

Well worth a look if you haven't already.

Maybe the admins here should strike a deal with David to show a few of drills from time to time?

Pay a visit to http://www.harrowdrive.com/ , stay awhile amidst its intriguing charms and read the articles on cricket specific fitness, nutrition, psychology and coaching, among others. Do take the time, though, to leave David a comment at the end of the articles.

Stan, as you can see, we do affliate with David and Harrowdrive.

There are plenty of links to his site on here and also a RSS feed on the portal which picks up the latest articles and drills when published by David.

As Liz said, it's a top site and well worth visiting.
