If it is an image you want to post off of the internet, you use image tags...
...and that will post the image
If it is something off of your computer, hit the "reply" button and scroll down past the box where you type your text. You will see a box titled "miscellaneous options." Click the "manage attachments" button and follow the directions the pop-up box will give you.
