I am a leg spinner and I want to know how fast I should bowl it, whether I should bowl it slow with flight or quick with little flight?
And also can you give me some tips on how I can follow through correctly?
The key to spin bowling is mixing it up. Range from 40 to 58 mph I think. Just try fox the batsman with a few slow, flighted ones, then mix in a quicker, flatter straight ball.
