Is it a No Ball if you bend your elbow?

Is it a No Ball if you bend your elbow?

The text of the relevant law is below:

3. Definition of fair delivery - the arm
A ball is fairly delivered in respect of the arm if, once the bowler's arm has reached the level of the shoulder in the delivery swing, the elbow joint is not straightened partially or completely from that point until the ball has left the hand. This definition shall not debar a bowler from flexing or rotating the wrist in the delivery swing.

Clearly it's a No Ball if you STRAIGHTEN your elbow, but is it acceptable to bend (i.e. un-straighten) your elbow? I'm a budding leg spinner and I'm having trouble getting my arm high enough and my hand pointing the right way at the same time. If I bent my elbow as I bowled it would be easier for me to avoid my tendency to spray the ball diagonally but I wanted to check it was a legal delivery.

yeah perfectly legal to bowl with an elbow that bends or starts straight and then bends with leg spin your only in trouble if your arm starts bent and straightens
