Re: leg spin bowling action

That front leg's not coming up and over - I'm no expert but I'm led to believe the front leg doing that exaggerated step over is really integral to getting it right. I left a link to a bloke demonstrating it a couple of months ago on here. The bloke was putting some kind of obstacle in the way and lifting his leg over it - it does look kind of bizarre but all the blokes I know who do bowl good wrist spin have the exaggerated "Step over" and follow through action. I can also say that once I started to use it in my own bowling it's improved my accuracy, speed and spin.

Similarly your leading arm looks a bit wayward, maybe just give it a bit more thought as you come in, neaten it up a bit - again it means exaggerating the action to some extent - lift it high and bring it down sharply. Email virender on here -he's always saying to post videos for him to look at as I think he coaches his teams bowlers?

I reckon the side shots you should have actually let go of the balls. without doing so upsets your flow? You should have posted this on the wrist spin pages as well, you'd get more feedback I reckon?

Other than that good on ya mate for your inventive use of the garage, I wish my garage faced a decent run up as I'd do the same! What are you using there as a ball - looks like one of my Slazenger Hockey balls?
