Pick up and throw

anyone advise of some different pick up and throw drills
i want to work on it over the weekend with 4 or 5 others and want to make it interesting. we have a keeper and lots of kit so should be abel to cover most kit needs

youve got some very nice drills. i like the attackers vs defenders game.

What great about this drill on Harrowdrive is the fact that they are simply, yet effective.

Often they require minimal equipment, just a few balls and a few people, makes organising training a doddle.
