Pivot On Cement

i have recently joined a academy.i am bowling well.but,the non strike side has a cement pitch.where my run up starts from there to little bit forward to where i follow through.Its difficult to pivot on cement,i dont know.but my bowling was not that good at the starting.now ok.not like i used to bowl in my backyard maybe.is there any problem by pivoting on cement.AND TOO MY FATHER FROM OUTSIDE said you are not getting rythm.and too i bowl a bit bad balls in between.plz help...............

what kind of shoe are you wearing? and do you think that you are thinking about the surface too much and that could be slowing your action down?
