Uk Cps To Prosecute Pakistan Match Fixing Trio

As reported by the BBC (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-12365517) the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is going to bring charges against Mohammad Amir, Salman Butt and Mohammad Asif for their role in match fixing.

Whilst I won't dwell too much on this at the moment, I find it interesting that the ICC are due to report back on Saturday with the findings of its own investigation. Could it be a case of the ICC finding them not guilty but the CPS finding against them? Or is this announcement an indication that the ICC is going to find against them, with bans all round?
