Good Find :)
Only Bowler to have taken 400+ plus wickets in both format(Test & ODI's) of the game.
He is a commentator in ESPN-Star Sports alongwith Ravi Shastri & Sunil Gavaskar and it helps as he is able to add key points about bowling.

To add to Wasim's points, I'd like to say that I have found that closing off the action is a shortcut* for the inswinging wrist position as is the open action a shortcut* for the outswing wrist position.

However, neither are ideal because they cause a slight drop in pace and accuracy. Keeping a high arm helps to nullify this effect somewhat.
