BigCricket Project: Create a New Spin Variation.

We have quite a few dedicated spinners on here and as such I'd like to try something out. As we all know spinners (well all bowlers really) are always looking for something new; that mystery delivery that will give them an edge over the batsman. What I want to do is to see if we can collectively come up with someone new, different and mysterious.

All aboard for the 2009 ICC World Cup Qualifier

April is almost upon on and that means that it's just about time for the 2009 ICC World Cup Qualifiers.

12 teams, 2 groups and a lot of games. At stake is One Day International status but more importantly the top 4 teams qualify for the world cup in 2011.

Following on from my blog yesterday and the IPL rollercoaster is once again in full flight. Plenty of news and stories but the key is the ever changing ‘frontrunner’ to host the moved competition.

IPL to relocate - a move for the good?

Despite the best efforts of the IPL organisers, it seems that they have succumbed to the inevitable and decided to host the tournament outside of India.
