Quick post today. What Australia needs to do over the next year
1) Kick out most of the older players. This includes Hussey, Hayden, Lee, Symonds, and kick Ponting out of the captaincy. Hopefully he chooses to continue playing, but he just doesn't cut the mustard as a captain
2) Bring in the young fellas. Australia should be planning for the future, doing what we did during the 80's and bring in the promising talent, not seasoned 30 year olds. This means bringing players...

Now before I get started, this isn't another ramble about how Test cricket is/will be dead. I don't believe that. Whilst the hit and giggle stuff bring people into the game, I think that as people enjoy and understand the game more, Tests begin to have more of an appeal.

Well, this is it. Hope anyone who reads it enjoys my random ramblings about anything from the state of the international economy to wet carrots. Hopefully not much about the latter. Or the former for that matter. Maybe I should just stick to cricket......
