Going on the theory that bowlers are the ones who win the matches I'd say best player in the test team would be Brett Lee, Nathan Bracken for the one day team and for T20, which is batsman's game I'd say it's a toss up between Andrew Symonds and David Hussey just for their raw batting power!

Best fieldsman for all teams is Andrew Symonds, hands down the best in the world. Add to that his attitude about the game and you have one you'd want in your side any day of the week.
