id say fit for purpose more than warranty, if it falls apart at the seams or the material wore away im under a year, i would be claiming a new one!

same for any item you purchase!

yep under the UK Sales and Goods act!

trust me i have been stung by it a few times from customers who ar ewithin their rights even though products are out of warranty!

Kook is just a top it does not claim to do nething!
