There is so much here I like but also so much I cannot see.

Can you take another vid but get the person filming you to stand further back. I would like to see your feet for longer and also your follow through (all of it).

Good straight line with little energy wash off. Arms pumping well but relax a little more.

Strong back foot impact in side on action.

Hands are out of peripheral vision during load up - try to correct.

Your head drops away a little.

At completion of action your upper body is really strong; good shoulder rotation (love the arm positions).

Cannot see what happens from here!

The only thing that really concerns me (from this angle) is I see a slight counter rotation. Does your lower back ever ache?

Another 2 vids, was rainning and i couldnt help laugh at my poor sister standing in the rain filming, didnt warm up cause it was cold and i wanted to get inside so the action wasnt as powerful as usual , and ive noticed the back pains since i hurt my arm over the winter, i think its changed my action.

Not bad. I hope you rewarded your sister; beyond the call of sisterly duty

Lecture: When it is cold, you need to warm up more!

I liked your follow through very much; generally, this is a very strong side on action.

Just two things I would change now:

At the point where both arms are above your head, you really do need to keep your hands within peripheral vision.

It is very important that you correct your counter rotation. As your non-bowling arm comes down, keep your elbow tucked in so that your forearm travels down more or less vertically. You MUST be looking to the left of this forearm, which pushes your shoulder more to the right. However, keep momentum travelling forward in a straight line as you have it now; don't be tempted to rotate too much. If you continue as you are, you risk stress fractures of the pars interaticularis of the lumbar spine.

At this angle, I cannot see if there is any excessive hyperextension but it looks good.

Get someone to spot you and make sure that the shoulders and hips are in line when bowling. If they aren't then it could lead to pain.

Also, make sure that it's just not general stiffness from not bowling for a while. Warm up correctly (using dynamic stretches) and make sure you're ready to bowl.
