I am coming along quite nicely although that may be because I am in league IV in Sri Lank (I think thats the lowest league)

I am qutie happy with one of my bowlers Misthak Amarakoon althought he hasnt got amazng stats he also isnt my trainee since I started at the end of season 10 so it wasnt worth training him.

Had a pop to quality today which was nice. I'm a little fed up of battrick right now so I'm just coasting along.

My players just seem to get flogged by teams that aren't anywhere near as good. I don't get it.

Oh and what really annoys me is when, in the 3 day FC matches, people don't have a proper declaration target. That is really frustrating as all my matches end in draws.

Moved the above to a more appropriate place.

The most logical reason why you're getting flogged is fitness. Ideally you want your team to be at sublime, invigorated at worst.

Also, what are their skills like?

Declaration targets are a pain especially if you're playing against a team that has only just gone bot or one that was created and never managed.

I've only been playing for a few weeks.

Majority of my players are respectable/competent in their main skills eg. My Batsmen will have respectable/competent Batting and Consistency, with Mediocre fielding.

You've got a few players in there with fresh/moderate fitness, which is likely to be the problem.

You are also seemingly unlucky in that you have quite a few non bot teams in both leagues, especially considering you're in South Africa. A friend of mine is in the league above in that country and he has only 2 human teams.

Also, So Potts is too old. I'll take a punt here and say that at 35 he must have nearly worthless stamina?

Fire him and get a 17 med/med/med or similar.

Or someone like:

Carlton Farmer (2395283)
Barry Heckingbottom (1928464) (not great but should perform better than Potts)
Gary Crafford (1819562) (will probably go for about 90,000 though)

My team I started with wasnt very good only Amarakoon and pulokkody were good, a number of players in my game squad i have bought.

Pete Van Nierk is my bowling trainee and is coming along nicely

And Jerrel Winner is My batting trainee.Check out there statsthere pretty good for there debuts.


Winner is playing in my current FC match.he scored 193* in first innings and we declared >:O
