DVCA - Support functions

As an avid fan of the DVCA and all clubs (especially mine) what I am trying to do here is create an area for you to support your club and your association but also create a chance for you to find out about the chance to attend functions with on field rivals.

I have attended Poker nights and $1000 doller days (or the like) at many DVCA clubs and have had a ball. Trust me, support your club but there is also nothing wrong with dropping in for the night at an oppositions club, supporting them and catching up and talking about cricket. I guarentee its appreciated.

So, this thread is for you to advertise functions and even raffles to support your club. If you do not want opposition people there don't place here (ie Christmas parties are usually members only)

So serious posts only, you may be surprised if you attend one.

On the 12th of February 2009 Australian great fast bowler Jeff Thompson will be at Mill Park Cricket Club.

The night kicks off at 7.30pm show starts at 8pm. All clubs and player are welcome from the DVCA.

Cost $25 and will include finger food drinks at bar prices.

Get a table together and come along for what will be a great night of fun.
