Default Brain training

I didnt no wat to call it. Any tips on how to switch on and off between balls. and ways to improve concentration.

It's all about learning to switch off and then switch on. If you're able to only concentrate when you need to (the few seconds when the bowler starts his run up to playing the ball) then you'll find that you'll be able to keep going longer.

Personally, I tend to talk to myself - I have a routine, when I start that routine then it's time to concentrate. At the end of the routine I can relax.
