Re: West Indies in New Zealand
Gayle, what a player.
Now that Hayden is gone, Gayle has become my favourite player.

Re: West Indies in New Zealand
NZ off to a flyer, only one from the first over but then Daren Powell came onto bowl which was an over of everything. McCullum creamed Powell for three fours and Ryder also made it to the boundary once from the final ball, then add a wide, five wides and a leg-bye into that and it's 23 all up, with 22 coming from Powell directly.
Horrible first over and the run-rate required has already dropped to almost 5.63.

Re: West Indies in New Zealand
Geez, that over wasn't much better. Edwards had a good start but has just leaked 16 from his next over, McCullum hitting a six and a four from the last two balls. He's 25 from 8 now!!
0/40 from three overs.
Last two overs,
Code:
4 1wd 4 . 5wd 4 1lb 4 | 3 2 . 1 6 4

Re: West Indies in New Zealand
Windies have picked up a couple of wickets but the runs keep flowing. Ryder was out for 21 after trying to unsuccessfully hook Daren Powell. Lionel baker continued his good form and got the dangerman McCullum for 41 hitting it straight to Shawn Findlay at mid-wicket.
2/103 from 12 overs. NZ are on Twenty20 pace at the moment, Baker and Pollard need to slow things right down here.

Re: West Indies in New Zealand
No, cause he just got out.
Guptill out for 43, attempt to cut Pollard but it's too close to him and he edges it through to Ramdin.
3/138 from 19.4 overs. Run rate is great but one of these batters needs to make a score now.

Yeah they need to slow it down and get some stability towards the chase now.

Re: West Indies in New Zealand
West Indies are back on top.
Powell just removed Flynn and Broom in 2 balls and is now ona hat trick.

Re: West Indies in New Zealand
Dissapointing end the hat trick ball gets called a wide.
