Make sure you stretch it out a bit too. I strained mine Round 10 last year, which is in late June, and it still troubles me today. My tear is fine though. If you tear it it'll ache like hell and you wont be able to move it. If it's strained it'll ache like hell when you move it but you'll actually be able to make it move. Just make sure to move it around either way. Little movements, it'll hurt, but it helps.
