Cricket Victoria - South East Bayside League

he’s a great bloke and administrator. His position at csb was made redundant by cricket Victoria. It’s a real shame he was Great for the comp. now the competition is going to be run by the clubs which doesn’t bode well...

they are complete on there knees financially too. They are getting pressure by the league to be more competitive but no one wants to go there. It’s indicative of how desperate they are for players that he had landed there. I really don’t think they will be around much longer

    VTCA Season 2019/20

why wouldn’t they just have 8 team divisions play each other twice, once in a 1 day game once in a 2 day game. It works well in the CSB and you even get a white ball final.

    Subbies Thread

your first 11 is playing against weak first 11s and 2nds teams in an apparent inferior competition. Do you think moving to the subbies would attract better players or would it be wise to get to championship before contemplating a move ??

Cricket Victoria - South East Bayside League

Do you think they’d let that many teams join at once ? There would be some unlucky winners of divisions who want to go up not able to and also possibly teams finishing 6/7 having to be relegated to squeeze the new teams in.

Cricket Victoria - South East Bayside League

I don’t know if there is a make up round but they are a well run organisation and if a whole round has been lost due to no fault of the organisation surely they’d organise a make up round. Makes more sense than playing a 1/4 or the games
