The rule is a complete croc... Match day bowlers are restrcited to 30 ball spells, yet can bowl at training unlimited - maybe over 100 balls... Then if they train with seniors, bowl some more, when they finish playing a match, what do they do... go over to the nets and play for hours on end...

I am not up to speed on all of the facts with Mill Park. But from what i have heard, they have had several financial sanctions imposed on them in the past, yet their behaviour hasnt improved. So if they keep paying the fines and not improving - where do you go? You have to make a stand sometime...
