Clearly its time for a clear out of the DVCA executive committee. If you can't or don't want to run a competition then don't. Leave it to someone who wants to do it with enthusiasm.

It's not like the DVCA tell anyone anything. Not anything about a postponement of the season, estimation of a new start date or that it will be one-dayers. At the end of the day it's all rumours cause the DVCA don't know how to communicate.
My solution would be that if you have played BS, MS or B Grade in that season you cannot play in the bottom 4 grades(E, F, G, H). So in that example a BS player could play in MS, B, C or D grade but by that stage a young kid or senior player would be half decent anyway. If a higher grade player...
