Yep, you read it right. The DVCA have decided that as of 2016/2017 they will be introducing a 3 tier - A Grade competition. There will be 3 x 1st XI competitions, where relegation/promition works much like the old Barclay and Money Shield competition worked. It is going to be as follows...
