Big Hitters in APS

Re: Big Hitters in APS

a tough one cheesey however I would back big S.Muttdon from Scotch to carry on the batton handed to him by Mo Clayton.
S.Nottle apparently showed some terrific form for melbourne Grammar on the weekend as did Gaff for Carey.

Re: Big Hitters in APS

i heard from a reliable source that 'Big Joe' Loorham from Carey (my school) was again magnificent in an otherwise dour affair at melbourne grammar's compost heap they like to call "flack park".....they deserve to copp some FLACK about how cold and windly and generally unpleasant it was to play there with so many TOLL shipping containers passing by the ground

good to see that buddy love has awoken from his winter coma.

apparently loohrum hit long, hard, but only for a short time, once again struggling at APS level.

Re: Big Hitters in APS

I would have to say the biggest hitter in the APS is hands down Jason 'Big Stick' Leonadis from Haileybury college

Jason can certainly hit the ball. Just ask the Brighton Grammar parent whose car windscreen took the full brunt last year. Just imagine if Bill Skelton or I crack it for the First XI, there will be power. By the way, I am not Hayden Joseph.

Who the hell are you then?

Weighing in at 31 kg's (the size of brady seccull head) BJ matters the famous son of barry has a reputation similar to that of Luke Ronchi in the west, as the pinch hitting opener.

Using my amazing skills in Maths Methods
I have calculated that thanus long jon weighs 6 times less then Jannik Da Silva
Which leads me to my next big hitter
Jannik Da Silva
do not let his crappy jokes throw you off, this man can hit a ball if given the opportunity and if you ask me Bill Skelts mate should have a cap in the ones for Haileybury by the end of the season
Another one is Hayden Joseph, his amazing hitting in house cricket impressed the likes of Dennis Grace, Graham Leyes and Peter Graves. So a call up for the young man is not far away at possibly the expense of a specialist bowler who is yet to make a run or bowl a decent over.
Untill Jarryd and Dennis can find this player it is hard to see Hayden or Jannik making a debut.

Good Chance of Pravin "DARKNESS" Gnanananananananananachelvan making the ones. All he has to do is turn up at training. Weighing in at 8'6" and a burly 55kg, this tall, dark, skinny man has a true gift for hitting the ball far, long and high. Younger brother of Arun "FATTY FAT FATFAT" Gnanachelvan. He also has a reputation for bowling beamers out of the nets on the full and currently holds the Haileybury record for most times not hitting the pitch in one over.

He is one to watch out for.
