expansion

with squads getting bigger as this league becoming more popular, would it be a good idea to get more teams or start getting a seconds league?
we could promote and drop players, it would be more official.
also instead of new players going straight into the team, the could warm up in the second XI.
whos up for it?

Second XI sounds really good but we've just expanded into 6 teams, and some teams still have inactive players. Maybe it can begin to happen next season by expanding the max squad size or something, but not now.

Yeh until all the teams have say 13 regularly posting players and everything is going strong then you could consider new sides but until then i think we should stay with 6 sides.

Yeah, have to agree that six teams is enough ATM though more teams with good posters is the future goal.

It's a good idea and something that we'd like to do, but not just yet.

The area needs a period of consolidation before we look to expand further. As someone has point out above, we need to be in a position where each team has at least 12 active members before we look to add another team.

Simply put, the more active you are (not only posting but also in recruiting new sign ups) the quicker you'll see added teams.
