added le fevre as 12th man, just cause he's only 19, bowls quite sharp and on his day is very handy

added le fevre as 12th man, just cause he's only 19, bowls quite sharp and on his day is very handy

Not a bad team badger except there's no way thorp should be in there.
And i think your a bit bias having cowdery in before leigh scott of modda. Scotts made 260 for the year @43 while cowderys made 220 @55 but cowdery has a high score of 121 compared to scotts best of 51 which would indicate to me that scotts been fairly consistent but if you take cowderys ton away he hasnt done much. Also scotts taken 11 catches compared to cowderys 2.

fair enough badger, i understand he's a very good keeper but i think it should come down to results and not reputations when picking these sort of teams and at this stage of the year scotts taking 9 more catches and gets modda off to a flying start regulary with his hard hitting at the top of the order.

very good point..
possibly being one eyed then
cowdery hasn't taken as many catches, cause 90% of lees/stripling's wickets this year have been either lbw or bowled haha.
but you raise a good point, and scott should be in the team over cowdery based on this years performance.

It really highlights the gulf between division 1 and 2 when you think what would happen if these two teams played against each other

thats a good side but your right you could nearly name 4 gca1 all star teams that would destroy the gca2 side. Id say a gca3 side would probably beat the gca2 side aswell,may sound a little stupid but if you put down the best in gca3 you'll find some very very good players who are playing in standard that is beneath them.

jason le fevre is neally 22... and missed the first 4 games of the season.. but has come on since then so i spose 12th man duties is more than suitbale for him

I must admit im a bit suprised not to be captain in this side.

Obviously that is not in batting order. "Cough 7"

Surely i would bat highter than Kiss and Booley.

Goes to show that i have carried the frogs success on my shoulders this year.

dunno mate.. i didn't show up too often at norlane, wasn't interested haha. and mainly kept to myself at corio, people knew me but i did't know them. i'm only 22
