My ODI World XI

Alright my team is as follows:

1. Graeme Smith*

4. Mohammad Yousef

6. Mahendra-Singh Dhoni+
7. Andrew Flintoff
8. Mitchell Johnson
9. Nathan Bracken
10. Muttiah Muralitharan/Zaheer Khan
11. Ajantha Mendis
12th Man: Muralitharan/Z.Khan
13th Man: Michael Hussey

Backup Keeper: Brendan McCullum.

Chris Gayle is my all rounder as i believe he is a more than capable bowler.

Honestly i think Chanderpaul nd Yousuf aren't agressive enough for the ODI format and i wouldn't go for 2 spinners in the ODI format so i'd have Zaheer Khan.

Did you read the blog?

When these spinners have taken 83 wickets between them, they qualify. With Flintoff in the side it allows you to have another spinner. They are the two leading wicket takers, and we all know taking wickets in ODI's is the best way to put teams on the back foot.

and wateva happened to the super sub if i could mine would be Jacques Kallis because u could bring him on to bat or bowl but freddi flintoff gets in the side as my first choice all rounder

there we go 3 seamers and 2 spinners I think that is a good combination.

Why have you got yousuf at 6 he is a top order rock he is quite slow better sutied at 3 IMO.

It would be suicidal to leave out Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh, Zaheer Khan and MS Dhoni out of an ODI World XI... The combo is lethal......
