The ICC should not be turning a blind eye to what India is doing. You can't let India pressure umpires into making certain decisions to favour one team. The ICC should be supporting their umpires and punishing teams like India, who are going against the spirit of the game. Umpiring is already hard enough, without stuff like this happening.

It's mainly India but the sub continent in general has too much influence over the running of the game, stuff like getting to hold the one day World Cup out of turn and opening the door for spinners that throw the ball with the ICC being to weak to do anything about it.
