Probably a bit early, but Marshy is looking pretty good at the moment. If he can keep up his good form in the one-dayers, it won't be long before he is walking out with Ohil Jaques to open the batting in his first test match.

As made the move to an opening batman and it has paid off quickly for the young left hander. Would say he is a different batsman to his father, quicker scoring rate and hits it harder, but the signs are there for him to be a quality ODI player. Lets see if he gets a chance at the longer version of the game and then judge him against his dad

I thought 'dad' Marsh's figures would read a lot better than this......

50 test matches would only take 4 years these days
and Shaun could surely keep a better average than 33.18. Well actually- he'd have to- otherwise I'm sure he'd get dropped!
