Sheffield Sheild- NSW vs Queensland

NSW have got the 2 points after a pretty interesting couple of days. After collapsing, a slogging 139 by Brad Haddin got NSW to 323, which proved to be just enough. Queensland were in strife at 5 for 107 before Hopes and Hartley turned things around. But once Hopes got out, Queensland lost steady wickets and were bowled out just short of the mark for 307.

Best NSW bowler was Moises Henriques with 5 for 17 (! is this kid good or what? )

So the main interest now is whether or not NSW can bat well enough to set Queensland a total for the fourth day. I think they will- and the match could go either way.

Meanwhile, I was glad to see Hartley get some runs on the board. From what little of him I have seen, I'd say he's the best gloveman in the country but he's got to improve his batting somewhat to stop the selectors taking Haddin too much to heart.
