I am not from Eltham Cricket Club, lets get that straight out of the way. I know a fair few of them (yep even Tongs)
But, having just spoken to their President I am placing on here a plea to all DVCA players and supporters.
If you hear or know of the person that broke in and stole from the club in the past few nights please call the police.
The person had a key and alarm code and knew where to go and what to take. Over $4000 of alcohol and $800 (est) from 'fines jar'. Due to committee change overs in the past 5 years they have now found out that there was missing keys and a possibility that the alarm could store codes from past years.
We all come from Clubs that could not afford to have this happen, if you hear or know anything please think about how you would feel if it was your club and do the right thing.
