Once, in a Soho restaurant when I was 12. Nobody in Oz knows about them. Eels would make good fish fingers, but I don't think they come in breadcrumbs.

Everything starting with K is frightening. Kale, kumquat, kohlrabi, kelp...

Oh yes! Skin em, and then boil them for 5-10 mins. Then let them go cold in then put in the fridge and the jelly forms. Serve with vinegar and white pepper. Lovely.View attachment 2702
