10,000 hours!? I have read at a lot of forums and websites(including this one), and I have seen that everybody says 10,000 hours of practice makes you an expert at that thing. But do you really need to practice that much, after all that is alot. You have to sleep at night, study or do a job...

Re: your run-up? I start with a walk, then a jog and then a full out run. Mine is around 20 yards. I bowl around 80 mph.

Practicing fast bowling on your own I live in Saudi Arabia where cricket isn't exactly the most popular sport, so I have to practice on my own. Any bowling drills to help?

Are Six-Packs good for your cricket? I am thinking about getting a six-pack, but now I am hesitating because i am wondering wether it will bring any benefit to my cricket. So is a six pack helpful or unhelpful or a hinderance?

Re: Wii, PS3 or Xbox 360 Wii is the best! Its most entertainment giving console. Read comparisons if you wnat, THEY ALL SAY TAHT WII IS THE BEST! plus with games like cricket etc coming out, its the ideal console
